Coppa menu: compare pasta, pizza and small plates
Uni carbonara pairs sea urchin with pancetta; a celery salad can include fish seasoning; a white pizza still names cheese. Read the whole combination to choose the direction you want.

Three combinations worth comparing
Choose by ingredients and format; these are not tasted favorites or a popularity ranking.
Pork and sea urchin, or crab
Uni carbonara or crab fusilli
Carbonara names pancetta, uni and egg yolk; Fusilli names crab and squid-ink breadcrumbs. These are different seafood combinations, with pork also in the carbonara. For another protein direction, compare Cavatelli’s chicken sausage or Tagliatelle’s pork bolognese.

Read the breadcrumbs as well as the vegetable
Celery Caesar
The menu names colatura in the breadcrumbs, alongside Caesar dressing and parmesan. Colatura is an anchovy-based seasoning. Celery in the name does not make the complete plate meat- or fish-free; confirm the dressing and preparation if ingredients matter.
Salami and honey, prosciutto, or vegetables and cheese
Three pizza directions
Soppressata names salami, honey and chili; Parma names prosciutto and arugula. Zucchino is a white pizza with zucchini, corn and crescenza cheese. Compare those toppings rather than treating white pizza as dairy-free or every vegetable topping as a vegetarian recipe.

Choose the protein and format first, then check what a short name leaves out.
01
Separate cured meat and cheese selections
Salumi offers an individual choice or a board of three; Formaggi offers an individual choice or a plate of three. Decide which type and selection format you want. These names do not establish how many people a plate feeds.
02
Check pork beyond the headline
Peperone combines peppers with fontina and prosciutto. Bomba Calabrese combines eggplant with hot coppa and smoked mozzarella. A pepper or eggplant component does not identify all the animal ingredients.
03
Treat substitutions and seasons as questions
The gluten-free pasta line says to ask for options; it is not one fixed dish or a safety guarantee. Seasonal fish and vegetable preparations differ from the saved version. Confirm the current recipe and any dietary requirements with staff.
Before choosing Coppa
What makes this uni carbonara different from a seafood-only pasta?
The reviewed entry names pancetta as well as uni, egg yolk and parmesan. Crab fusilli is a different listed combination; confirm complete ingredients rather than infer them from the pasta name.
Does the saved fish dish identify today’s fish?
No. The captured Pesce Arrosto describes striped bass, while the live page reviewed October 1 names swordfish. Vegetable accompaniments, oysters and desserts also changed; confirm today’s preparation.
Is the Celery Caesar vegetarian?
The reviewed entry names colatura, an anchovy-based seasoning, in its breadcrumbs. Read the full dressing and ask about alternatives instead of assuming a celery dish is vegetarian.
