Daru menu: momo fillings and two paneer paths

Blue crab or bison momo? Basil-paneer tikka or a spinach-and-cream lasagna? These Daru menu examples help you separate the filling, sauce and format before choosing.

Only the food examples compared here are corroborated. The wider saved menu has a duck-title/goat-description conflict; do not rely on that entry without asking Daru. Available in English, Chinese and Spanish. Visit SeEat for the app download.

Compare these starting points

Choose the format first, then the ingredients.

Crab with a sesame–peanut sauce

Maryland blue crab momo

The menu names blue crab with sesame, peanut and soy bean. Compare this with bison momo when deciding between seafood and a meat filling; ask about the sauce if those ingredients matter to your order.

Bison with tomato-Szechuan chutney

Bison momo

This filling changes to bison, with tomato-Szechuan chutney, chili crisp and sesame. It is a different sauce combination, not simply the crab dumpling with another protein.

Basil, rhubarb and honey

Paneer pesto tikka

Paneer is the cheese here. Basil, rhubarb, honey and bell pepper distinguish this tikka from the spinach, cream and cashew direction of malai paneer lasagna. Choose by those accompaniments rather than assuming all paneer dishes taste alike.

Find your order

Use the names to separate choices that look similar.

  1. 01

Choose the momo sauce as well as the filling

Crab brings sesame, peanut and soy bean; bison brings tomato-Szechuan chutney, chili crisp and sesame. Ask the restaurant about heat and the complete recipe rather than reading a heat level into the name.

  2. 02

    Separate the two paneer formats

Paneer pesto tikka lists basil, rhubarb, honey and bell pepper. Malai paneer lasagna lists spinach, cream, white pepper, cardamom, cashew and ginger. The latter is the cream-and-spinach direction; neither name certifies dietary suitability.

  3. 03

If you want chicken, read beyond kebab

Blue cheese reshmi kebab is tandoori chicken with cashew and sour cherry alongside its blue-cheese name. It offers a chicken comparison without relying on the conflicting duck entry.

Before you order

Does the duck kebab contain duck or goat?

The saved title says duck while its description says ground goat; the restaurant page repeats that conflict. This guide excludes that dish. Ask the restaurant to clarify the protein before ordering it.

Are these the whole current menu?

No. These are selected food examples from a dated capture, corroborated against the restaurant food page. Ask for current choices and complete ingredients; the saved menu contains other entries outside this comparison.
