Gjusta menu: herbs and labneh, bacon burrito or egg sandwich?

Eggs appear in several Gjusta breakfasts, but the accompaniments change the order. Compare herbs and labneh with toast, a bacon-and-potato burrito, or an English muffin with Gruyère and braised kale.

Only these three fixed breakfasts were corroborated. The wider saved builder turns separate cheese choices into a melted blend and omits individual options. Confirm builder choices separately. English, Chinese and Spanish are available; some option labels remain English.

Three egg breakfasts with different accompaniments

Labneh and herbs, potato and poblano, or Gruyère and kale distinguish these fixed dishes.

Dill, parsley and labneh

Soft Scramble

Scrambled eggs list dill and parsley, with labneh and toast. Compare this herb-and-labneh direction with the bacon and cheese in the two other examples; it is not a guarantee of a dairy-free recipe.

Bacon, potato and poblano

Breakfast Burrito

The burrito names egg, bacon, potato, poblano, onion, Chihuahua cheese and salsa roja, with jalapeño-lime hot sauce on the side. It combines the potato and egg in a wrapped format rather than the English muffin sandwich.

Gruyère and braised kale on an English muffin

Egg Sandwich

An English muffin holds a sunny egg, Gruyère, braised kale, bacon and hot sauce. Compare its cheese and greens with the burrito’s potato and poblano; do not infer a heat rating from the sauce name.

A route through these choices

Choose the breakfast format, then the egg accompaniments; leave the builder for a separate check.

  1. 01

    Choose toast, tortilla or muffin

Soft Scramble has toast alongside; the burrito wraps the ingredients; Egg Sandwich uses an English muffin. Choose the format you want to eat.

  2. 02

    Compare the accompanying ingredients

Herbs and labneh distinguish Soft Scramble. The burrito lists potato and poblano; the sandwich lists Gruyère and braised kale. Bacon is named in the latter two.

  3. 03

Treat the builder as a separate decision

The wider saved builder collapses individual cheese choices into a melted blend. Use this page for the fixed breakfast dishes; confirm actual choices separately if building your own order.

Before choosing

Do the burrito and sandwich have the same filling?

Both name egg and bacon, but the burrito adds potato, poblano, onion and Chihuahua cheese; the sandwich names Gruyère and braised kale on an English muffin.

Does the Cheese entry mean a three-cheese blend?

The primary builder lists Fontina, Gruyère and white cheddar as individual choices. The saved description turns them into a melted blend; this guide excludes that builder entry.
