Juliana’s Pizza menu: start with tomato and cheese

Margherita includes mozzarella; Marinara leaves cheese out; White Pizza centers mozzarella and garlic. Decide on that base before comparing the numbered specials.

Three different starting bases

Compare their listed ingredients, rather than a ranking of favorites.

Tomato, mozzarella and basil

Margherita Pizza

Start here if you want both tomato and cheese. Compare with Marinara before assuming every tomato pizza comes with mozzarella.

Tomato, garlic and basil; no cheese

Marinara Pizza

The official menu explicitly lists no cheese and marks this base vegan. That is a restaurant menu label, not a safety guarantee for added toppings or every dietary restriction.

Mozzarella and garlic

White Pizza

Choose the mozzarella-and-garlic direction if that is your priority. For a folded option, Calzone instead lists mozzarella, ricotta and parsley, without tomato.

Choose a classic or a fixed special

The topping rules differ between these two sections.

  1. 01

    Use the classic topping rule

The official menu allows at most two listed toppings on classics. Decide which additions matter most instead of assuming unlimited additions.

  2. 02

    Read specials as fixed combinations

Specials are marked no changes or substitutions. No. 1 combines mozzarella, smoked Scamorza, pancetta and scallions without tomato; No. 4 combines tomato, mozzarella, arugula and prosciutto.

  3. 03

    Check pork and cheese explicitly

The official asterisk identifies pork products, including marked meatballs and cured meats. A generic meat description does not mean beef-only; confirm composition and restrictions with staff.

Questions before choosing your pizza

Can I swap toppings on a numbered special?

The official dine-in menu says no changes or substitutions for specials. Classics have a separate topping list and a two-topping limit.

Is Marinara the same as Margherita?

No. Both list tomato and basil, but Marinara lists garlic and no cheese; Margherita lists mozzarella.

Are the stars on meat items meaningful?

Yes. The official legend says marked items contain pork products. The saved names retain stars, but confirm full ingredients rather than treating generic meat wording as complete.
