NONONO menu: choose broth or a salmon roll

Start with the choice that changes the meal: clear soy-seasoned chicken broth with pork chashu, chicken broth with sesame paste and spicy minced pork, or a salmon-and-avocado roll topped with seared salmon and roe. These are three checked examples, not a complete current NONONO menu.

Three food comparisons only. Wider saved menu misdescribes The Premium Malt’s beer as a milkshake and chicken-section Tenderloin as beef; those entries are excluded. Saved descriptions are English, not Chinese/Spanish; some text may fall back to English.

Choose the broth or the roll format

Clear shoyu with chashu, sesame with spicy minced pork, or salmon with avocado change the starting point.

Clear broth, pork chashu

Shoyu Chintan

The operator describes a clear chicken broth seasoned with shoyu and topped with pork chashu. Its menu explicitly says pork and shellfish: chicken broth does not mean a chicken-only recipe.

Sesame paste and spicy minced pork

Tantan Men

This is also a soy-seasoned chicken broth, but with sesame paste and spicy minced pork. Choose it for that sesame-and-chili combination rather than assuming Tantan is simply another name for the clear bowl. The operator also declares pork and shellfish.

Salmon inside and on top

Oyako Roll

The listed filling is spicy salmon and avocado; seared salmon and salmon roe sit on top. A seared topping does not establish that the whole roll is fully cooked. Confirm preparation if that distinction matters.

Build around one main format

Separate the base dish from optional toppings.

  1. 01

    Pick the broth first

Choose between the clear shoyu/chashu bowl and the sesame/minced-pork bowl before adding extras. Both have chicken broth and declared pork and shellfish.

  2. 02

    Check the separate topping list

Extra noodles, soup, egg, chashu, minced pork and vegetables are listed separately. Their appearance does not mean every topping comes with either ramen.

  3. 03

Use the roll as a different route

Oyako offers salmon, avocado and roe rather than a soup bowl. Ask about the interior fish preparation; do not infer it from the seared salmon on top.

Before opening the saved menu

Is the saved drink information reliable?

Not throughout. The Premium Malt’s is described there as a milkshake, but the operator lists it as draft beer. Do not rely on that saved description to identify alcohol.

Does Tenderloin mean beef here?

The saved description says beef, while the operator puts Tenderloin in the chicken section. This guide excludes that skewer and the drinks from its recommendations.

Are the two ramen chicken-only?

No. Both reviewed ramen name chicken broth, pork toppings and shellfish. Dietary and allergy needs require confirmation with the restaurant.
