Palette Tea House menu: choose your dim sum format

Choose between soup-dumpling variety, pork-and-shrimp siu mai, and steamed barbecue-pork bao. The sampler mixes five named flavours, while the other two focus on a named filling and different dumpling or bun formats. These are examples from the September 10, 2026 saved menu, not a complete current ordering list.

Three dim-sum examples only. Wider Harmony set Chinese replaces steamed custard dumpling with salted-egg lava bao; excluded here. Other recipes, quantities and dietary labels unverified. Saved English/Chinese/Spanish descriptions available.

Variety or one named filling?

Five soup-dumpling flavours, pork with shrimp, or steamed barbecue-pork bao are different choices.

Five named flavours

Palette XLB sampler

The operator lists original, black truffle, beef pho, crab and pork, and tom yum pork. The saved description calls these soup-filled dumplings. This is a mixed sampler, not five portions of the same pork recipe or a meat-free selection.

Two proteins in one filling

Pork & Shrimp Siu Mai

Both the saved name and operator name explicitly pair pork with shrimp. The saved description explains an open-faced steamed dumpling. Do not treat the shrimp wording as a fish-only choice: pork is part of the name.

A pork-filled bun format

Steamed BBQ Pork Bao

The operator names steamed barbecue-pork bao, distinct from soup dumplings and siu mai. The saved description describes a soft bun with sweet-and-savory barbecue pork. Choose by this bun-and-filling format, without assuming a current sauce recipe beyond the listed name.

Use names and codes together

Menu versions can reuse codes for different dishes.

  1. 01

    Choose the format first

Use A01 for the saved mixed XLB sampler, A10 for pork-and-shrimp siu mai, or A17 for steamed pork bao. The examples are alternatives, not a required set.

  2. 02

Read the full name beside the code

The reviewed operator page contains multiple versions: A06 refers to different dumplings across them. Identify the dish by its name as well as its code.

  3. 03

Separate restaurant dishes from home products

The operator also lists a home dim-sum section with different packs. Those entries do not establish dine-in quantities or recipes; this guide compares the saved restaurant examples.

Before opening the saved menu

Does Harmony include the same dessert in all saved languages?

No. Its English/Spanish descriptions and operator list say steamed custard dumpling; the saved Chinese says salted-egg lava bao, a separate menu item. This guide excludes that family set.

Are all dumplings suitable for my dietary needs?

The operator warns that some contain pork, shrimp, wheat starch or flour, and its vegetarian note may include egg. These examples and saved labels do not certify allergy or dietary safety.

Is this the whole current menu?

No. The saved menu has 66 entries, and the operator presents multiple versions, family sets and home products. Only three restaurant examples are compared here.
