SeEat restaurant guide
Parc menu: choose your bistro combination
Steak Frites and Steak au Poivre name different cuts and accompaniments. Mussels come with fries; sea bass names tapenade, peppers and beans. Use those differences to choose your dinner, then check the saved menu for the original names.

Three dinner choices to compare
Compare the cut, sauce and accompaniments together.
Flat iron and herb butter versus New York strip
Steak with fries or pepper steak?
Steak Frites names flat iron steak and maître d’ butter, with fries in the dish name. Steak au Poivre names New York strip and garlic spinach. Choose the cut and accompaniment you want rather than treating them as the same steak with two sauces.
Wine, shallots and garlic versus tapenade and beans
Mussels or sea bass?
Moules Frites lists white wine, shallots and garlic alongside the mussels-and-fries format. Mediterranean Sea Bass lists tapenade, roasted peppers and gigante beans. Compare the seafood and accompaniments; ask staff about any sauce ingredients that matter to you.
Ricotta filling versus mafaldine and vegetables
Filled pasta or pasta au pistou?
Ricotta Ravioli names plum tomato and basil. Pasta Au Pistou names mafaldine, shaved squash, marinated tomato concassé and pea tendrils. Choose filled pasta with ricotta or a ribbon-shaped pasta with those vegetables; do not infer a dietary guarantee from the vegetable names.
Build your Parc dinner
Start with a main, then choose a starter that fits your preferences.
01
Choose a main by its accompanying ingredients
Beef Bourguignon lists root vegetables, lardons and mashed potatoes. Moroccan Lamb Shank lists harissa, orange-blossom yogurt and almond/apricot couscous. Read the bacon, dairy and almond details alongside the main protein.
02
Decide whether a raw starter fits your plan
Salmon Tartare lists shallots, lemon and espelette. Steak Tartare lists chopped filet, capers and quail egg. These differ from cooked main-course choices; confirm preparation and any dietary needs directly with staff.
03
Treat daily specials as a dated list
The snapshot and current site differ in some weekday specials and the duck dish. Check the current choice instead of assuming a named special in the saved menu is served today. Dessert examples are also a dated selection.
Before ordering at Parc
How do the two steak dishes differ?
Steak Frites names flat iron and maître d’ butter; Steak au Poivre names New York strip and garlic spinach. Confirm the current cut and accompaniments before ordering.
Does the lamb dish list nuts?
Moroccan Lamb Shank names almond and apricot couscous, as well as yogurt. These are menu clues for questions to staff, not an allergy assessment.
Is this the complete current Parc menu?
No. These are selected dinner and dessert examples from the September 10 snapshot. The official site has separate service menus, and dishes can change.
