SeEat restaurant guide
Pears menu: a duck sequence or a standalone main?
The duck feast is a sequence of preparations; rice cake bolognese and mala cream carbonara are separate dishes with very different bases. Decide on the format before building the rest of the order.
The saved menu is available in English or Chinese.
Start by choosing the structure
These comparisons explain the menu rather than rank its dishes.
Five duck preparations
Duck Feast
The saved selection names breast, confit leg, wings, pot pie and crisp skin with pancakes and accompaniments. This is a multi-preparation order, not five unrelated mains or evidence of how many diners it serves.
Chewy rice cakes with beef
Rice Cake Bolognese
The saved description combines rice cakes with beef ragout and stracciatella cheese. The Bolognese name does not make its base ordinary wheat pasta.
Udon, parmesan, egg and preserved pork
Mala Cream Carbonara
This version uses udon with parmesan sauce, an onsen egg and Chinese preserved pork. Compare that noodle texture and seasoning with the rice cakes rather than expecting a standard spaghetti carbonara.
Build around one main format
Check what already comes with the dish before adding another base.
01
Decide whether to take the duck sequence
The feast already introduces several duck preparations and pancakes. Do not assume you need another full starch dish just because individual courses sound small.
02
Choose a starch deliberately
Rice cake bolognese, mala udon and mushroom fried rice are different formats. The Thai curry crab egg item already explicitly comes with fried rice.
03
Read the unfamiliar abbreviation
KFC Sliders means Korean fried chicken here, with a sweet-spicy glaze and aioli. It does not identify the Kentucky Fried Chicken chain.
Questions before building the order
How many people does the duck feast serve?
The saved menu names five courses, not a diner count. The different preparations do not establish a recommended party size.
Is rice cake bolognese a pasta dish?
Its saved base is chewy rice cakes, with beef ragout and stracciatella. Read the base instead of inferring noodles from the sauce name.
Does mala carbonara contain pork?
Yes. The saved description explicitly lists Chinese preserved pork, alongside udon, parmesan and an onsen egg.
Does KFC Sliders mean a chain-branded burger?
No. The restaurant describes Korean fried chicken sliders. The saved Chinese title expands the abbreviation incorrectly; use the ingredient description to identify the dish.
