Scaddabush menu: three pasta directions

San Marzano spaghetti puts tomato and basil forward. Rigatoni Bolognese adds beef, sausage, bacon and ricotta; Mushroom Truffle Mafalde combines mushrooms and spinach with brown-butter Alfredo and truffle oil. Choose the sauce and main ingredients before the portion label.

Only the three pasta combinations are compared. Wider saved Chinese Americano/The Butcher/Bomba misname pizza or mozzarella as coffee, burger or ice cream; Nimbo mozzarella carries a vegan label. Excluded here, still present in the saved destination. English/Chinese descriptions; Spanish descriptions are missing and may fall back to English.

Choose sauce before portion

Compare tomato and basil with meat, cream and ricotta, or mushrooms and truffle oil.

Tomato, sun-dried tomatoes and basil

San Marzano spaghetti

Both lists name spaghetti with San Marzano tomato sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, basil oil and fresh basil. The restaurant lists chicken and mozzarella separately as additions; neither is part of the base combination here.

Beef, sausage, bacon, cream and ricotta

Rigatoni Bolognese

Both lists name Angus beef, sausage, bacon, San Marzano tomatoes, cream and whipped ricotta with rigatoni. Choose this meat-and-dairy combination instead of treating every tomato pasta as equivalent.

Mushrooms, spinach and brown-butter Alfredo

Mushroom truffle mafalde

Both lists combine roasted mushrooms, caramelized onions, spinach, roasted garlic, brown-butter Alfredo, Pecorino, chives and truffle oil. The saved description calls the pasta ribbon-shaped; compare the mushroom-and-cream direction without assuming a truffle weight.

Choose the pasta, then its size

Keep base ingredients and optional additions separate.

  1. 01

    Choose tomato or cream

Start with tomato-and-basil spaghetti, meat Bolognese with cream and ricotta, or mushroom Alfredo. They are separately named dishes, not sauce swaps promised for one pasta.

  2. 02

    Then choose the portion label

The selected saved entries each have Regular and Social variants. The restaurant also lists REG and SOCIAL; no grams, exact diner count or automatic sharing guarantee is established here.

  3. 03

    Treat additions as additions

The restaurant separates chicken, mozzarella and bread additions from the pasta descriptions. Confirm what you want added rather than assuming it is included.

Before choosing

What do Regular and Social mean?

They distinguish two saved options, also listed as REG and SOCIAL by the restaurant. These short lists do not establish exact weight or a fixed number of diners.

Why not compare Americano or Bomba?

Saved Chinese Americano says coffee though the entry describes pizza; The Butcher says burger though it describes pizza, and Bomba says ice cream though it describes mozzarella. Those entries are excluded here.

Does this cover dietary labels?

No. For example, the wider Nimbo mozzarella entry carries a vegan label and omits dairy from its allergen list. This guide compares named ingredients, not dietary certification.
