Stockyard menu: steak, lemon chicken or lobster pasta?

You can choose a steak, but that is only one direction here. Chicken Francese offers a lemon-and-wine sauce with rice; Lobster & Shrimp Bucatini puts seafood into tomato cream. Decide whether you want a separate main and sides or a composed plate.

Three different ways to build a main

Compare the listed preparation and accompaniments; these are examples, not ranked favorites.

Lemon, white wine and basmati rice

Chicken Francese

The reviewed restaurant PDF lists pan-sautéed chicken with lemon, white wine and parsley, alongside basmati rice. This is the sauce direction to compare with the garlic-cheese sauce of Cajun Chicken Fettuccini.

Seafood in tomato cream

Lobster & Shrimp Bucatini

Both the saved list and restaurant PDF put lobster and shrimp with tomato cream, broccoli and roasted corn. Compare this with Lobster Mac n Cheese if you want to decide between tomato cream and a cheese-based pasta.

Tenderloin with named accompaniments

Beef Tournedos

The restaurant PDF lists petite tenderloins with whipped potatoes, asparagus and demi-glace. This provides a different ordering structure from choosing a steak and then considering separate toppings or sides.

Decide what belongs on your plate

The useful distinction is between composed mains, steak cuts and optional additions.

  1. 01

    Choose the chicken preparation first

Roasted Giannone Half Chicken is a roast-and-pan-jus plate. Chicken Francese is the lemon-and-wine alternative. Cajun Chicken Fettuccini is a pasta plate. Compare those preparations before treating all three as equivalent chicken orders.

  2. 02

Keep steak additions separate from the cut

Béarnaise, mushrooms and baked shrimp belong to “Crown Your Steak” in the restaurant PDF. They are additions to consider after the steak, not independent steak cuts.

  3. 03

Read a side by its ingredients

Loaded Skillet Potatoes includes cheddar, bacon, sour cream and chives. If you want a simpler potato direction, compare the Baked Potato entry and ask which toppings are included.

Questions before choosing

Does this guide cover the full Stockyard menu?

No. It focuses on the saved entrée, steak, topping and side selection. Appetizers and other sections in restaurant PDFs are not added to this saved-menu destination.

Is Lobster Pie a pastry pie here?

The restaurant PDF describes baked lobster in cream with cracker crumbs and corn soufflé. Do not infer a pastry case from “pie.”

Are all steaks served with the same sides?

Do not assume that. Beef Tournedos names its accompaniments; other steak entries and the separate side section have their own ordering structure.
