SeEat restaurant guide

SUGARFISH menu

The first choice is a preset Trust Me sequence or individual dishes. Within the sets, compare the fish and hand rolls included rather than guessing from “Lite” or “Nozawa.” This guide follows the saved dinner-set selection.

A shorter listed sequence with a toro hand roll

Trust Me Lite

Start here if you prefer a shorter selection. The checked dinner version includes sashimi, nigiri and a toro hand roll. “Lite” is a set name, not a dietary label or a guarantee of how full you will feel.

Compare the crab hand roll and added nigiri

Trust Me

Against Lite, the checked dinner list adds a blue-and-Dungeness-crab hand roll and changes the nigiri selection. Decide whether those additions interest you rather than treating the name as an automatic recommendation.

Look for the otoro and nigiri differences

The Nozawa Trust Me

The checked dinner version includes bluefin otoro and a different nigiri selection from Trust Me. If those fish choices matter to you, compare the actual list for your meal; the set name does not guarantee an unchanged selection.

Choose the set before planning additions

Make the preset-versus-individual decision explicit.

  1. 01

    Sequence or specific fish?

If you want a named assortment, compare the Trust Me sets. If one particular fish is the reason for your visit, ask about its availability on the applicable a la carte menu rather than assuming it will appear in a set.

  2. 02

    Read sashimi and nigiri separately

Sashimi is served without rice; nigiri includes rice. The restaurant explains that the cuts are prepared for different formats. If you want sashimi, order that format instead of expecting nigiri with its rice removed.

  3. 03

    Check pairings before adding sauce

Some dishes arrive with a specified sauce or citrus pairing. Ask what is already on the fish before adding more. The official FAQ says sauce recipes and quantities are intentional and extra ponzu requests cannot be assumed.

Questions about SUGARFISH Trust Me

Is Don’t Think. Just Eat. Trust Me the same as Trust Me?

No. It is a separately named chef sequence on the checked menu. Confirm its current selection rather than assuming it is the standard Trust Me with the same fish.

Are lunch and dinner sets identical?

Do not assume so. The official source separates them, and this saved record corresponds to the dinner-set selection. Check the menu for the meal you are ordering.

Does the live menu include every a la carte fish?

No. This saved menu has four set entries. The official source also has individual dishes and limited-availability fish; the four-entry record is not a complete current inventory.
