Sushi Yasuda Menu: Omakase, Okonomi and Cooked Starters
First decide who chooses the sushi: the chef or you. Then look at the soups and cooked starters separately; the saved Sushi Yasuda menu has more than raw-fish names.

Three ordering decisions
Saved examples, not ranked favorites or today’s complete selection.
Who chooses the pieces?
Chef selection or your selection
Omakase is described as chef-selected sushi and sashimi; okonomi follows your preferences. Discuss the selection rather than assuming either name guarantees particular fish.
Soup base and additions
Red miso or clear broth
Aka dashi offers nameko mushrooms or asari clams with red miso. Ushio is described as clear fish broth. Choose the base, then clarify which addition you want for the miso soup.
Two cooked starters
Fried tuna or matcha shrimp
The saved tuna describes ginger-soy marinade and frying. Shrimp describes a rice-cracker coating and matcha powder. These are distinct cooked formats, separate from choosing sushi pieces.
Choose the format before the extras
A named meal and a separate appetizer are different decisions.
01
Keep the fixed selection separate from open omakase
The saved omakase 15 describes 15 sushi pieces and half a roll. Open omakase is a different entry. Check the current format rather than mixing their descriptions.
02
Read the cucumber dip
Morokyu lists sweet miso or garlic-sesame chicken miso. A cucumber-led title does not mean every dip has the same ingredients.
Sushi Yasuda menu questions
Does the page show every available fish?
No. It interprets the saved 22-entry dining selection, not the separate sushi-by-piece list or the day’s fish availability.
Is this the current menu?
The original capture date is unknown. Current restaurant material has some different dishes and formats; confirm before choosing.
