The Biltmore Tavern Menu: Burgers, Chicken Sauces and Salads

The saved Biltmore menu offers more than a choice of protein. Burger toppings change the combination, chicken mains come with different sauces and salads can include meat, cheese or noodles.

The saved live menu supports English and Chinese. Open it or visit SeEat for the app download.

Three useful menu comparisons

Saved examples, not ranked favorites or a current complete menu.

Two cheddar burgers, different additions

Short rib or bacon-maple toppings

Upper Falls lists braised short rib, crispy onion strings and red-wine demi-glace with cheddar. North Country lists bacon-onion jam and maple drizzle with cheddar. Choose the topping combination rather than treating both as the same cheeseburger.

Vodka sauce, mushroom wine or lemon-caper

Compare the chicken sauces

Parm describes a breaded chicken cutlet with mozzarella and vodka-sauce rigatoni. Marsala lists chicken, mushrooms, wine and cream with fusilli; Piccata lists lemon butter and capers with fusilli. Choose sauce and pasta together.

Different additions to the greens

A salad with fruit or noodles

Farmers Salad lists apple, dried cranberries, blue cheese and pecans with cider vinaigrette. Steak & Lo Mein lists steak, noodles, avocado and peanuts with Thai-peanut dressing. The salad label alone does not tell you its main additions.

Look beyond the vegetable name

Read the additions before combining dishes.

  1. 01

Brussels sprouts add bacon and cheese

The saved Roasted Brussels side lists bacon jam, feta and maple syrup. It is a different combination from plain vegetables.

  2. 02

Cauliflower and veggie burgers still name dairy

Buffalo Cauliflower lists blue-cheese dressing; Veggie Burger lists Swiss cheese. Ask about full recipes and changes rather than assuming vegetable names establish a restriction.
