Veracruz All Natural menu: chips, poblano or chorizo?

An egg taco can take several directions. Migas keeps tortilla chips with tomato and Monterey Jack; Migas Poblanas changes the vegetables, beans and cheese; El Sancho adds chorizo. Compare those actual fillings before choosing another taco just because it also contains egg.

Three egg tacos only. The full saved menu also has a QR instruction as an item, an unconfirmed potato-chip assumption, and Doña Reyna’s broader gluten-free wording beyond the source’s mole note. Those entries remain outside this comparison. English, Chinese and Spanish descriptions; confirm tortilla and dietary needs.

Start with the ingredients that change

Tortilla chips and Monterey Jack, poblano and black beans, or chorizo with egg.

Egg, tortilla chips and Monterey Jack

Migas taco

The restaurant lists egg, tortilla chips, tomato, onion, cilantro, Monterey Jack and avocado. Choose this named combination if the chips-and-egg format is what you want; the list does not confirm a tortilla type or preparation for every component.

Poblano, black beans and queso fresco

Migas Poblanas taco

This keeps egg and tortilla chips but names poblano pepper, red onion, black beans, queso fresco and avocado. The comparison changes more than the pepper: it also changes the beans and cheese.

Chorizo, egg and Monterey Jack

El Sancho taco

The linked PDF lists chorizo, egg and Monterey Jack without the tortilla chips named in the two migas entries. Choose the sausage-and-egg direction, without assuming the short list proves every ingredient or a particular chorizo origin.

Choose the filling before the wrap

Use the names to keep three decisions separate.

  1. 01

    Decide whether you want chorizo

El Sancho names chorizo; the two migas lists instead describe egg with tortilla chips and vegetables. That is a filling comparison, not a safety certification.

  2. 02

For migas, compare cheese and beans

Regular Migas names Monterey Jack, tomato and onion. Poblanas names queso fresco, black beans, poblano and red onion; do not treat it as merely regular Migas with one extra pepper.

  3. 03

    Confirm tortilla and any changes

The saved El Sancho explanation specifies flour, but the reviewed source’s short list does not. Ask about the actual tortilla, modifications and allergens rather than extending a label to the whole meal.

Before choosing

Is this a complete Veracruz menu?

No. It compares three egg tacos. The full saved menu includes a Menu & Prices QR instruction as an item and calls Los Chips potato chips, while the reviewed source only says homemade chips. Neither is used as a dish recommendation here.

Does the mole taco’s gluten-free wording certify my meal?

No. The restaurant PDF labels mole negro gluten free and containing peanuts; the saved Doña Reyna explanation extends gluten-free wording to the taco. That wider entry is not compared here. Confirm tortilla, sauce and cross-contact directly.
