A16 menu: choose the base, then the toppings
Marinara, Margherita and Bianca start with different ingredient lists. Decide whether you want tomato, cheese, fish or meat, then compare the pasta choices instead of relying on an Italian name alone.

Three choices within the A16 menu
Compare named bases and ingredients; these are reading aids, not bestseller rankings.
Tomato, tomato with cheese, or listed cheese base
Marinara, Margherita or Bianca?
Marinara lists tomato, oregano, garlic and olive oil. Margherita lists tomato, fior di latte and basil, with a burrata option. Bianca lists fior di latte, olives, Grana Padano, garlic and chili without listed tomato. Pick the published base you want; the lists do not certify dietary safety.
Anchovy versus pancetta or soppressata
Romana or a meat-topped pizza?
Romana lists anchovy, olives and tomato. Arrabbiata lists pancetta with cheese and chili; Vesuvio lists spicy soppressata with cheese and chili. The decision changes fish versus pork ingredients, not just the name of a tomato pizza.
Eggplant and cheese, lamb sausage, or clams
Rigatoni, Orecchiette or Tonnarelli?
Rigatoni alla Norma lists eggplant, tomato and ricotta salata. Orecchiette lists lamb sausage, broccoli and Pecorino. Squid Ink Tonnarelli lists Manila clams, white wine, tomato, breadcrumbs and chili. Compare the named protein and cheese before choosing a pasta shape.

01
Choose tomato or the listed cheese base
Compare Marinara’s tomato/garlic list with Margherita’s cheese and Bianca’s olive-and-cheese list. Formaggi also lists tomato beneath four named cheeses; its name alone does not mean a white pizza.
02
Read the salad and appetizer ingredients
Little Gem lists anchovy and colatura. Zucchini Salad lists almonds and ricotta salata; Eggplant Caponata lists pine nuts. Vegetables in the main name do not tell you every ingredient.
03
Check options separately from the base dish
The saved Margherita has a burrata option, and Artigiana Burrata has a prosciutto option. Maccaronara lists ragù napoletano and ricotta salata; ask about its meat ingredients rather than assuming a tomato-only sauce.
Questions about the A16 menu
Is this every A16 location’s menu?
No. The saved UID is tied to one verified official menu. Other A16 locations and service menus differ.
Does Marinara mean seafood here?
The reviewed list names tomato, oregano, garlic and olive oil. Romana is the pizza that explicitly lists anchovy. Read the actual toppings rather than translating the name into a seafood promise.
Is Formaggi a tomato-free pizza?
The official list explicitly includes tomato alongside Grana Padano, scamorza, caciocavallo and fior di latte. Bianca has a different listed base.
Are the options translated in the saved menu?
Dish descriptions are available in English, Chinese and Spanish. The recorded burrata/prosciutto option labels are English-only. Locale availability does not guarantee every option label is translated.
