Adma Restaurant menu: choose a preparation, then a sauce

Sea bream appears twice at Adma, but one preparation is raw and the other is seared. Halloumi also connects a bread starter to an eggplant main. Those overlaps help you decide what to repeat—and what to change.

The same ingredient can lead to a different order

Compare preparation and named accompaniments rather than assuming similar titles mean similar dishes.

Raw fish with citrus and hibiscus

Sea bream crudo

The raw sea bream starter lists citrus and hibiscus. The seared sea bream main instead lists mango sauce and fresh herbs. Decide whether raw preparation fits your preference before choosing between the two.

Vegetable main with halloumi and ajo blanco

Roasted eggplant

Eggplant is paired with ajo blanco, grilled halloumi and chimichurri. Compare it with pesto linguine topped with burrata stracciatella: both name cheese, but one centers eggplant and the other pasta. Neither title is a dairy-free promise.

Bread starter that repeats a main’s cheese

Tomato bread and halloumi

This starter pairs tomato bread with grilled halloumi. If you also want the eggplant main, halloumi repeats; panisses with revisited aïoli provide a different starter format. Confirm the aïoli recipe rather than assuming it is dairy- or egg-free.

Narrow your order in three decisions

Start with preparation, then look for repeated components.

  1. 01

    Set your raw-fish preference

Crudo is the raw sea bream option; Daurade snackée is the seared option. The beef tartare is also described as raw in the saved menu. If you avoid raw foods, ask staff about the main’s doneness rather than treating seared as a guarantee.

  2. 02

    Choose where the cheese belongs

Halloumi occurs in the tomato-bread starter and eggplant main. Burrata stracciatella belongs to the linguine. Choose your main first so a cheese-led starter is deliberate rather than accidental repetition.

  3. 03

    Read the dessert’s named accent

Crème brûlée names limoncello; the roasted apricots name verbena whipped cream and a hazelnut tuile. Choose between the lemon-liqueur custard direction and fruit with cream and a crisp nut accompaniment; ask about alcohol or ingredients when relevant.
