Bludorn menu: compare cheese, meat and seafood across the order

Ravioli combines smoked short rib, fig and blue cheese; squash blossom names ricotta and pepper jam. These are different ways to include cheese in an order. Octopus offers a seafood direction with three named sauces.

Selected ingredient guide. Saved menu in English, Chinese and Spanish; hot sauce is misdescribed as a beverage and steak cut choices are incomplete.

Three combinations to compare

Choose the protein and cheese combination before planning the next dish.

Smoked short rib and blue cheese

Ravioli

The saved dish and historical operator PDF both name smoked short rib, red onion, fig and blue cheese. Choose this combination if you want meat and blue cheese together; no portion or current availability is established.

Ricotta with pesto and pepper jam

Squash Blossom

The operator PDF names zucchini pesto, pepper jam and ricotta, matching the saved example. Compare its cheese-and-vegetable direction with the meat-containing ravioli, without interpreting it as a dietary guarantee.

Seafood with three named sauces

Octopus

The saved entry and PDF both name romesco, skordalia and chermoula. Those sauces distinguish the example; the terse primary source does not verify every generated recipe ingredient or grilling detail.

Check overlap across the order

A starter name does not reveal every accompanying ingredient.

  1. 01

    Choose where cheese belongs

Blue cheese appears with the ravioli; ricotta appears with squash blossom. Pick a main direction first so adding another cheese-containing dish is deliberate.

  2. 02

    Read the kale dressing

Tuscan Kale Salad names Parmesan and bonito Caesar dressing in the operator PDF. The vegetable title does not remove cheese or fish from the ingredient comparison.

  3. 03

    Keep changes between versions visible

The restaurant says menus rotate seasonally. The older PDF has different fish mains and pasta choices; do not add those source-only dishes to the saved menu or assume the saved list is current.

Before opening Bludorn’s saved menu

Is Bludorn Hot Sauce a drink?

No. The saved menu incorrectly describes it as a spicy beverage. The operator PDF lists hot sauce separately as a condiment; do not use that saved drink description to order.

Is this the complete current dinner menu?

No. The saved capture and summer 2025 primary PDF are different dated versions. This page compares only corroborated ingredients, not current availability or every steak choice.
