Three dinner formats to compare

Ingredient-based starting points, without tasted favorites or sales rankings.

Choose the format and accompaniments

Burger or savory pancakes

Steam Burger names pickles, onion, mustard and American cheese. Duck Stack is pancakes with duck gravy, Tabasco onion and duck egg—not a plain sweet pancake order. Seared foie gras is an optional addition to the stack, so decide separately whether you want it.

The protein name is not the cooking method

Raw tartare or a trout preparation

The tartare is raw beef with tapioca crisp, cucumber, tomato and avocado. Chicken Fried Trout is a fish dish, with pickled carrot, herbs and gribiche; the name does not make it a chicken entrée. Choose by preparation as well as protein, and confirm any cooking request.

Compare the filling and what surrounds it

Crab crepes or dumplings in broth

Crab crepes name sauce americaine, fine herbs and lemon zest. Foie gras dumplings come with smoked leek broth, yuzu peach relish and scallion. These are different combinations of protein, sauce and broth; neither name alone tells you every ingredient.

Make toppings and sides part of the choice

The accompaniments can change the order as much as the headline protein.

  1. 01

Read egg and side dishes beyond the headline

Oeufs en Mayonnaise also names trout roe and bacon, with roasted garlic and smoky maple. Garlic Fries include Asiago, and Baguette comes with butter. If avoiding fish, meat or dairy affects your order, these accompaniments matter.

  2. 02

Choose the main’s sauce and additions

Steak or Duck Frites pairs the chosen protein with mushrooms and beurre rouge; foie gras is optional. The menu says steak and duck are slightly undercooked. Pork ribeye has watermelon, succotash salad and chorizo vinaigrette, while arancini names mozzarella, zucchini and tomato butter. Compare the complete combination.

  3. 03

    Compare the sweet accompaniments

Blueberry Lemon Sundae names lemon curd, blueberry lavender and milk crumb. Dulcey Mousse Paris Brest lists passionfruit, citrus milk crumb and cocoa nibs. These remain in the reviewed PDF; the saved chocolate-banana sundae differs from the current chocolate-cherry version.

Before choosing Canard dishes

Is Duck Stack a dessert?

In the reviewed dinner menu it is a savory pancake preparation with duck gravy, Tabasco onion and duck egg. The optional foie gras addition is not part of the basic listed combination.

Does the saved Canard menu match every current dish?

No. The current PDF changes a salad, the liver dish and a chocolate sundae. This guide uses matched examples and preserves the September 10 capture date; ask what is available now.

Can the ingredient list settle dietary restrictions?

No. The source explicitly says many dishes include unlisted ingredients. Confirm complete recipes, sauces and preparation with staff; we do not certify dietary suitability or allergy safety.
