SeEat restaurant guide
Cantina Norte menu: crispy rolls or sauced enchiladas?
The chicken choices differ in more than their names. Blue Taquitos are crispy rolls with salsa verde; chicken enchiladas are baked with ancho sauce and sour cream. Shrimp Taquitos add a third direction: cream cheese and pineapple salsa.
Three photo-checked choices only. The full menu retains quesadilla tortilla/preparation and rockfish/red-snapper translation conflicts. English/Chinese descriptions are saved; Spanish descriptions are unavailable and may fall back to English.
Choose filling and format together
Compare shrimp with pineapple salsa, chicken with green salsa, and chicken baked under ancho sauce.
Shrimp, cream cheese and pineapple salsa
Shrimp Taquitos
The original photo names shrimp and cream cheese with Salsa Piña. The taquitos heading describes crispy corn tortillas. Compare this filling with the chicken version; the pineapple salsa does not establish how sweet or spicy the dish will taste.
Chicken with green chiles and salsa verde
Blue Taquitos
The photo lists shredded chicken, green chiles and cheese, served with Salsa Verde. Choose this combination when you want chicken in the crispy-roll format. The word Blue is the dish name, not proof of a particular tortilla ingredient.
Chicken with ancho sauce and sour cream
ENCHILADAS DE POLLO
The photo lists chicken and Jack cheese in corn tortillas with Ancho Chile Sauce, baked and topped with sour cream. Compare the sauced preparation with the crispy taquitos, rather than treating the two chicken dishes as interchangeable.
Narrow the choice in three decisions
Separate what is inside the tortilla from its preparation and accompaniments.
01
Start with shrimp or chicken
Shrimp Taquitos contain cream cheese. Both selected chicken dishes also list cheese; changing the protein does not remove dairy.
02
Choose crisp rolls or baked sauce
The taquitos heading specifies crispy corn tortillas. The enchiladas are baked with ancho sauce and finished with sour cream. Pick the preparation you prefer before adding another tortilla dish.
03
Check sides and ingredient questions
The photo places enchiladas under mains, whose heading includes Mexican rice and black beans unless stated otherwise. Do not assume the small-plate taquitos come with those same sides. Ask about changes and cross-contact if relevant.

Is TAQUITOS a fourth dish?
In the original photo it is a heading introducing the named taquito choices. The saved list includes that heading as an entry; use the named Shrimp or Blue Taquitos for this comparison.
Are the other saved translations reliable?
Not throughout. Some quesadillas are called fried corn tortillas in Chinese although the photo specifies grilled flour tortillas. HUACHINANGO describes rockfish in the photo and English text, but its Chinese name says red snapper. Those entries are outside this guide.
Are these gluten-free or allergy-safe?
The photo includes gluten-friendly markings and a cross-contact warning. They do not guarantee an item is completely allergen-free. Ask the restaurant about your needs and current preparation.
