Carmelina’s menu: choose the sauce and filling first

Rollati brings pistachio cream and mortadella; Sunday Macaroni combines three meat components in tomato sauce; Scampi pairs shrimp with white wine and lemon. These distinct combinations give a useful starting point without calling every pasta a favorite.

Selected pasta guide; saved menu in English, Chinese and Spanish. Pollo Cardinale is incorrectly described as pasta and is excluded here.

Three different pasta directions

Filling, meat mix and sauce matter as much as pasta shape.

Pistachio cream with mortadella

Rollati

Fresh pasta sheets wrap pistachio ricotta, mortadella and spinach, then bake in pistachio cream. The operator explicitly notes that this is not vegetarian. Compare it when you want rolled, filled pasta; the spinach name does not remove the cured meat.

Tomato sauce with meatballs, sausage and beef rib

Sunday Macaroni

The saved entry and owned list name homemade penne, meatballs, Sulmona sausage and beef rib, with whipped ricotta. It differs from Rollati in both meat combination and sauce. The Sunday name does not establish a restriction to that day.

Shrimp with white wine and lemon

Scampi

Tiger shrimp, garlic and capers accompany capellini in white-wine lemon sauce. Compare this with Frutti di Mare if you want a tomato direction with shrimp, calamari, clams and mussels rather than shrimp alone.

Narrow the pasta, then choose a starter

Keep repeated sauces and ingredient restrictions in mind.

  1. 01

Pick pistachio cream, tomato or wine-lemon

Rollati, Sunday Macaroni and Scampi lead to those directions. Choose the ingredient combination before comparing pasta shape; no relative calorie or serving-size claim is established.

  2. 02

If you choose mussels, decide the sauce

Mussels Fra Diavolo names spicy garlic tomato sauce; Mussels Bianco names white wine, garlic and lemon broth. Choose the starter sauce deliberately alongside the main.

  3. 03

Read meat and fish beyond the title

Rollati contains mortadella and Puttanesca names anchovy paste. A vegetable, nut or sauce name alone does not establish a meat-free or fish-free dish. Confirm complete recipes for dietary needs.

Before opening the saved menu

Is Pollo Cardinale a pasta dish?

The saved descriptions incorrectly call it pasta. The owned additional-entrée list names chicken, prosciutto, mushrooms, smoked mozzarella and Marsala with sliced potato; pasta is not listed there. This guide excludes that entry.

Is Rollati vegetarian because it has spinach?

No. Its ingredients include mortadella, and the operator explicitly says it is not vegetarian. Confirm the current preparation if meat matters.

Does Sunday Macaroni only appear on Sunday?

The reviewed owned list says it is served every day. Availability can still change, so confirm the current dish rather than deriving a day restriction from its name.
