chi SPACCA menu: cheese bread, steak or pie?

Start with the format: Focaccia di Recco with stracchino, a beef-and-bone-marrow pie, or a named steak cut. Then look at the accompaniments: bacon vinaigrette, anchovies or yogurt can change what you choose alongside.

Three formats worth distinguishing

Use the named ingredients to compare directions, without a ranking or tasting claim.

Focaccia di Recco — AI reference images · not photographs of the restaurant’s actual dishes

Bread with stracchino cheese

Focaccia di Recco

The regular food menu names stracchino and extra virgin olive oil. It is a cheese direction, unlike Anchovy & Butter. The separately advertised group dinner names Focaccia di Recco with Ham; do not transfer that ham to the regular entry or assume the two offers are identical.

A savory pie rather than a steak

Beef & Bone Marrow Pie

The official pie entry names beef cheek, cippolini onions and mushrooms. Compare with Potato, Comte & Caramelized Onion Pie if you prefer that potato-and-cheese direction. Both are savory pies, but the filling and named accompaniment differ.

Choose the cut, not only “Fiorentina”

Costata or Bistecca Fiorentina

The official menu describes Costata as bone-in New York and Bistecca as bone-in Porterhouse; both are dry-aged. Pepper Steak is a separate entry with bacon, scallions and lemon zest. Specify the cut or the composed dish, then ask staff about quantity and preparation.

Read what is in the dish and beside it

These comparisons help narrow the order without assuming all vegetables are meat-free or every side is included.

  1. 01

Compare the salad dressing, not only the greens

Little Gem names bacon vinaigrette and egg. Spacca Caesar names anchovy and Parmigiano Reggiano. Salanova Lettuces instead names herbs and lemon vinaigrette. Use those differences to choose and to prepare ingredient questions.

  2. 02

    Choose the accompaniment direction

Lamb Shoulder Chops comes with mint yogurt; Whole Branzino names herb salad and charred lemon; the potato pie names mixed greens with mustard vinaigrette. Contorni is a separately listed side category, so confirm what accompanies your specific dish before adding more.

  3. 03

Keep the example-menu date in mind

The current official example shows Apple Crisp where the capture lists Stone Fruit Cobbler, and changes several meat and small-plate entries. Affogato remains a soft-serve-and-espresso direction. Check availability rather than build your order around every captured seasonal dish.

Before choosing chi SPACCA

What is in Focaccia di Recco?

The regular official food entry names stracchino and olive oil. A separate group dinner specifies a ham version. Confirm which offer you mean rather than assume those entries have the same filling.

Are Costata and Bistecca the same steak?

No. The reviewed example menu identifies bone-in New York for Costata and bone-in Porterhouse for Bistecca. Ask about the cut, amount and preparation before choosing for your table.

Is the saved menu guaranteed to be available today?

No. SeEat captured it September 10, and we reviewed official example menus October 1. The restaurant explicitly says its daily offerings vary. Confirm current dishes, ingredients and dietary requirements with staff.
