Three choices worth comparing

Based on listed ingredients, not tasting notes or ranked favorites.

Roti, onion and aioli versus maple glaze and lime

Jackfruit or duck?

The jackfruit sliders pair roti with pickled onion, coriander aioli and arugula. The duck drumettes are confit with jerk maple glaze and lime. Choose the base and those accompaniments; the shared jerk name does not establish an identical recipe or measured heat level.

Crab-fat hot sauce versus coconut and cashew

Whole trout or prawn curry?

Fried Trout lists a whole trout, herby cabbage slaw and crab-fat hot sauce. Prawn Curry lists coconut curry, mint-cashew crema, Timur chili oil and roti. The trout’s sauce adds a shellfish ingredient too; a fish name does not tell the whole story.

Walnut and apple versus peanut and sweet potato

Fennel or mushrooms?

Suya Fennel pairs fennel cream, cider reduction, mushrooms and shallots with walnuts and Fuji apple. Spiced Mushrooms + Peanuts instead lists sweet potato, porcini spice, piri piri and black-garlic molasses. Choose the ingredient combination, not just a vegetable name.

Build your shortlist around ingredients

Read the accompaniments as carefully as the dish name.

  1. 01

    Check the sides for meat

Braised Greens lists bacon lardon and caramelized shallots. Choose rice or roti by preference, but ask for the current rice preparation: the official page labels it a seasonal rotation.

  2. 02

    Read cheese, yogurt and nuts

Okra comes with garam-masala yogurt; Elote Caesar includes cotija and breadcrumbs. Beef sliders include Muenster and horseradish aioli. Cashews, walnuts and peanuts appear in different main dishes. Ask about your particular dietary needs.

  3. 03

    Separate dinner from take-home items

The spice set and bottled hot sauce are products to take home. The Family Style Notice encourages sharing food as it comes from the kitchen; it is not a dish or a promise about how many people a plate serves.

Questions before ordering

Is this today’s complete menu?

No. It uses selected dinner examples from the September capture checked against October official food sources. New sweets and changing rice are not guaranteed parts of the saved menu. Confirm availability with staff.

Are vegetable dishes free of animal ingredients?

Do not decide from the name alone: greens contain bacon, okra has yogurt and the salad has cheese. The restaurant distinguishes dishes requiring modifications and warns about cross-contact. This guide cannot certify dietary safety.
