COTE menu: decide the meal format first

Start by choosing between a selection of cuts with accompaniments and individual dishes. Then read beyond familiar titles: STEAK & EGGS is a tartare-and-caviar appetizer here, while the soybean and kimchi stews name different animal ingredients.

Selected examples only. Spanish Hanger Steak mislabels the cut, and the Saechungmu radish-rice recipe is unverified. English, Chinese and Spanish text is available; confirm meal inclusions and dietary needs.

Three decisions that change the order

Separate the meal format, the raw appetizer and the accompaniment before adding extra dishes.

A selection with accompaniments

Feast of USDA Prime & American Wagyu Beef

The owned dinner list places four selected cuts and Korean accompaniments in Butcher’s Feast. Its surrounding soup, egg and dessert entries belong to that format; do not treat every saved line as an automatically separate order. Confirm the present selection and inclusions.

Tartare and caviar, not a cooked steak plate

"STEAK & EGGS™"

The saved entry and owned dinner source identify filet mignon tartare, caviar and milk toast. Read it as a raw-beef appetizer direction, not a conventional cooked steak with eggs.

Anchovy broth or pork belly

Savory Doenjang Stew / Spicy Kimchi Stew

The soybean-paste stew names anchovy broth with tofu, zucchini and potato. The kimchi stew names pork belly. These distinct animal ingredients matter even when the title highlights soybean paste or cabbage.

Build around the chosen format

Decide what is already included before choosing another accompaniment.

  1. 01

    Confirm the feast contents first

If choosing the feast, ask about its cuts and accompaniments before adding individual soups or rice dishes. The saved rows alone do not establish separate ordering for every component.

  2. 02

    Separate raw and cooked preferences

STEAK & EGGS names tartare. If you want a cooked-beef direction, compare an individual cut instead; confirm the preparation you want.

  3. 03

Read noodles and salad beyond the title

Jan-chi Somyun names anchovy broth, and Wedge Salad names bacon. Neither a noodle nor a lettuce title establishes a meat- or fish-free dish.

Questions before opening the full menu

Is Hanger Steak the same as filet mignon?

No equivalence is established. The saved Spanish Hanger Steak title says solomillo while its description identifies a diaphragm cut. The menu separately lists Filet Mignon; this guide excludes the conflicting hanger entry.

Does Two Stews w/ Saechungmu Rice mean radish rice?

The owned list names Saechungmu Rice without establishing that radish recipe. The saved descriptions add radish; that detail is unverified and not used here.

Are the feast’s cuts fixed?

The owned list describes selected cuts, rather than naming a permanent four-cut lineup. Confirm the current selection and accompaniments.
