DAROCO menu: pizza or clam linguine?

Start with the main format: pizza with tomato and cheese, pizza that adds ham, or linguine with clams and roe. These three examples offer a practical way to choose before looking through the wider Italian list.

Three selected dishes only. The wider menu mislabels Formagissima pizza as a cheese platter in Chinese and conflicts on potato preparation. Saved text is English/Chinese; confirm current recipes.

Choose format and main ingredients

The reviewed owned menu also lists these three combinations. Recipes and available choices should still be confirmed.

Tomato, fior di latte and basil

Margherita

The saved and current lists identify tomato, fior di latte and basil. Compare this pizza with Parma Show if the deciding question is whether you want ham.

Pizza with Parma ham

Parma Show

Both versions name tomato, buffalo mozzarella, Parma ham and basil. This is the meat-topped direction among the two selected pizzas; it is not interchangeable with Margherita.

Clams and roe in pasta

Linguine with clams and bottarga

The saved entry names clams and cured roe; the current menu also names vongole and bottarga. Choose the pasta format and those seafood ingredients rather than assuming pizza is the only direction.

Build the comparison before adding a starter

Use the main ingredients to avoid an order with accidental repetition.

  1. 01

    Choose pizza or pasta first

The two pizzas help compare cheese and ham; the linguine changes both the format and seafood combination. Pick the direction you actually want before adding another main.

  2. 02

Notice cheese and cured meat overlap

The saved burrata and Parma ham starters repeat ingredients featured in these pizzas. Decide whether you want more of the same components or a different starter.

  3. 03

Read fish ingredients in a meat dish

The saved Vitello Tonnato describes cooked veal with tuna sauce. A veal title alone does not show that fish is involved; ask about the full recipe if that matters.

Before using the wider saved menu

Is Formagissima a cheese platter?

The saved Chinese title calls it a platter, but its own description identifies a pizza. It is excluded from these examples.

Are Grandma’s Potatoes roasted or pan-fried?

The saved French name says roasted, while English/Italian descriptions say pan-fried. This unresolved preparation conflict is excluded; confirm the dish rather than relying on either wording.

Are all saved dishes still offered?

No such claim is made. The reviewed menu has different seasonal dishes, including other pasta and pizza combinations. These examples do not certify every saved recipe or current availability.
