SeEat restaurant guide

Este menu: choose cold seafood, charcoal or tacos

Start with the preparation you want: cold-bar seafood, charcoal shrimp and fish, or a taco. Then compare the sauces and mixed ingredients. A fried component or a green sauce does not tell you everything else on the plate.

Different preparations and sauces

Cold bar or charcoal?

Hamachi Verde sits on the cold bar with cashew-hoja santa broth, cucumber and crisp tortilla. Pescado Zarandeado is charcoal sea bass with annatto-red chile marinade, slaw, salsa verde and black beans. Choose cold seafood or a grilled fish format; the restaurant marks cold-bar dishes with its raw/undercooked notice.

Rojo / Verde / Divorciado

Red, green or both?

Rojo names arbol-chiltepín broth; Verde names cilantro-serrano. Both list cucumber and avocado. Divorciado is a separate option combining both with tempura shrimp. Choose the named chile/herb direction; the menu does not establish that one is mild or that tempura comes with every order.

Swordfish versus shrimp plus tuna

Fried fish taco or mixed-seafood tostada?

Fish Tacos list masa-battered swordfish, cabbage and habanero-piquín sauce. Tostada Marisquera combines tempura rock shrimp with spicy bluefin tuna, chipotle aioli and avocado. Fried shrimp does not make the entire tostada a cooked-seafood dish; compare every component.

Build your Este order

Read sauces and dated availability alongside the main ingredient.

  1. 01

Read what is in the sauce

Hamachi names cashews; guacamole names sesame salsa macha verde; turbot names anchovy butter. Green beans name tahini and breadcrumbs, while the tamal names pistachios. Ask staff about your specific ingredient needs and full preparation, rather than inferring safety from a seafood or vegetable title.

  2. 02

Decide whether you want mixed proteins

Acapulco Clam also contains poached shrimp. The seafood platter names oysters, smoked fish dip and clams; the tower adds other seafood components. Cachetada Taco is Wagyu ribeye with cheese crust, and Cochinita Pibil is pork. This seafood-focused menu also has meat dishes.

  3. 03

    Keep seasonal examples in context

Citrus and Peaches belongs to the saved capture; the current menu lists Citrus and Beets. Saved Pescado a la Crema is also different from the current seasonal fish special. Use this guide to compare directions, then confirm what the restaurant is serving.
