Kero menu: find your cocktail direction

Start with the base spirit, then decide whether you want fruit, tea or a smoked element. The saved Kero drinks range from pisco with cardamom to gin with cacao and vermouth.

The saved live drinks menu has English, Chinese and Spanish.

Three different ingredient paths

Compare what is listed, rather than assuming that familiar cocktail names mean standard recipes.

Pisco, cardamom and hibiscus-Malbec ice

Aka Sour

The saved recipe combines pisco, cardamom honey and lemon with hibiscus-Malbec ice. That wine-containing ice is part of the recipe; it is not simply a plain pisco sour.

Gin, cacao Campari and palo santo

Negroni Kunsei

Gin, cacao Campari and satsuma vermouth are listed alongside palo santo. If you want the vermouth-and-Campari direction with a smoked element, compare this with the fruit-led Sun Rai.

Gin, sake, pineapple and Aperol berry jam

Sun Rai

This saved cocktail combines two alcoholic bases with pineapple, cucumber honey, lemon and Aperol berry jam. The fruit and cucumber description does not make it a nonalcoholic drink.

Choose from the drinks list

Use the ingredient list to narrow a choice; it does not measure strength or sweetness.

  1. 01

    Choose a base spirit

Pisco appears in Aka Sour and Matcha Punch; gin appears in Negroni Kunsei and Sun Rai. Caipi Osk uses vodka in this saved version despite its caipi-style name.

  2. 02

Decide between tea, herbs and smoke

Matcha Punch lists matcha with pisco, sake and pineapple. Snake Juice lists sencha with gin. Negroni Kunsei lists palo santo; Mr. Osaka lists rosemary smoke.

  3. 03

    Read the actual saved version

Spirit brands and recipes on the reviewed Osaka Kero pages differ by venue and version. Ask about the served recipe rather than treating this saved list as a current recipe guarantee.

Kero menu questions

Is this a complete restaurant food menu?

No. The connected saved menu contains cocktails and sake. This guide helps choose among those drinks, not a meal.

Is Caipi Osk made with cachaça?

The saved Caipi Osk names vodka, passion fruit, strawberries, lemon and sugar. Read this recipe rather than assuming a traditional caipirinha base.

Can I compare cocktail strength here?

The menu does not give reliable alcohol measures for these recipes. Ingredient counts and sake bottle sizes do not establish the strength of an individual cocktail.
