Lacigne menu: DAI, MEGU and NASU explained

Want a starter and a sweet finish, or just one of those around your main? DAI and MEGU differ in meal structure; NASU is the eggplant dish to recognize.

Only DAI, MEGU and NASU are compared. The saved AMAEBI shrimp-title/tuna-description and TAMAGO omelette-title/marinated-egg conflicts remain; KAISEN DON also misses a handwritten fish change. Those entries are excluded. English, Chinese and French descriptions are saved.

Compare these starting points

Compare three courses with two, then recognize the eggplant dish.

Starter, main and sweet finish

DAI Menu

The original menu lists starter, main and dessert or mochi. Dessert and mochi are alternatives, not two included sweets.

Choose one side of the main

MEGU Menu

The original offers starter plus main, or main plus dessert or mochi. Choose which two-course structure you want before selecting dishes.

Eggplant with shiitake broth

NASU

The original names eggplant prepared in two cooking stages with shiitake broth. It does not specify both techniques or every broth ingredient.

Decide whether you want both a starter and dessert

  1. 01

Decide whether you want both a starter and dessert

Use DAI for starter and sweet finish; MEGU lets you choose the starter side or the sweet side.

  2. 02

    Separate formula from dish

NASU is a dish name, not a third set formula. Ask which choices can be included in your formula.

  3. 03

    Confirm the available choices

This dated menu does not guarantee the same formulas or dishes now. Confirm availability and ingredients.

Before you order

Does NASU establish a vegan recipe?

No. Eggplant and shiitake broth are named, but the complete broth and seasoning are not listed. Confirm the actual recipe rather than relying on the saved dietary label.
