Misi menu: choose the filling before the pasta shape

Spinach and mascarpone tortelli and sheep’s milk ricotta occhi are both filled pastas, but their accompaniments differ. Tortelli brings brown butter and ricotta salata; occhi brings bottarga and lemon. That distinction gives you a useful starting choice.

Three decisions inside Misi’s menu

Compare named ingredients, without a popularity ranking.

Spinach and mascarpone, or sheep’s milk ricotta

Filled pasta

Tortelli lists brown butter and ricotta salata. Occhi lists bottarga and lemon. The saved descriptions identify bottarga as cured fish roe: cheese filling does not make the whole occhi dish fish-free.

Buffalo butter and cheese, or 30-clove pomodoro

Butter or tomato

Fettuccine lists buffalo butter, aged parmigiano and black pepper. Mezze rigatoni lists 30-clove pomodoro and basil. The garlic wording is a preparation name, not a promise of thirty cloves in your portion.

Pork sausage or braised lamb

Two meat sauces

Gnocchi sardi lists pork sausage sugo and saffron; chitarra lists braised lamb and pepperoncini. Choose the named meat and accompaniment rather than treating both sauces as interchangeable.

Before finalizing the order

Check accompaniments as carefully as fillings.

  1. 01

    Check the vegetable plate

The saved leeks list anchovy and pistachios. Fennel and celery list parmigiano and walnuts. A vegetable-led name does not establish a fish-free, dairy-free or nut-free dish.

  2. 02

    Read the fish components

Linguine lists anchovy and colatura alongside garlic and parsley. The saved description explains colatura as anchovy sauce. These are named components, not a claim that every pasta contains fish.

  3. 03

Ask before relying on chickpea pasta

Chickpea pappardelle lists chickpeas, rosemary, garlic and lemon. Its name does not establish gluten-free dough, egg-free preparation or cross-contact controls.
