SeEat restaurant guide
My Loup menu: choose by the whole dish
Look past the main protein: shrimp comes with aioli and crackers, tomatoes with fruit and cheese, and fish or duck with different accompaniments. These saved examples help you compare directions while the restaurant’s menu changes daily.

Three comparisons before ordering
Use the named ingredients, preparation and accompaniments to choose.
Condiments versus named fruit and dairy
Pickled shrimp or fruit-accompanied seafood?
Shrimp names pickling, aioli and saltines. Scallop names melon, cucumber and yogurt; amberjack names nectarines, beets and pine nuts. Choose by the combination, not just “seafood.” Scallop and amberjack appear in the captured Raw section; do not assume every seafood starter is cooked.
Fromage blanc versus polenta
Tomatoes and cheese or corn and mushrooms?
The tomato plate combines peaches and fromage blanc, a fresh cheese. The polenta plate names corn, chanterelles and black truffle. Choose a tomato-and-fruit direction or a corn-based dish with mushrooms; vegetable titles do not establish dairy-free or vegetarian preparation.
Different accompaniments, not a ranking
Fish with rouille or duck with verjus?
The saved fish main names summer squash and rouille; duck names Concord grapes, eggplant and red verjus. Use those accompaniments to choose a direction. The newer menu changes the fish and main-course selection, so do not treat either saved combination as guaranteed today.
Build your My Loup order
Choose a direction, then check the current version of the dish.
01
Pick a seafood format
If pickled shrimp with crackers is your direction, compare it with the Raw-section fish examples rather than assuming identical preparation. Ask staff about the actual preparation when it matters to you.
02
Read dairy and unfamiliar proteins
Fromage blanc and Stilton are cheeses. The sweetbread brochette is veal offal, not bread. Tell staff your ingredient needs and ask about the full dish; this guide does not certify dietary safety.
03
Confirm the seasonal version
The updated menu replaces several fruit-and-fish combinations and changes bavette accompaniments. Use September 10 examples for comparison, then confirm the current dish. A restaurant-selected course menu is a separate choice from selecting these à la carte examples.
Before ordering at My Loup
What comes with My Loup’s pickled shrimp?
The saved and newer official menus both name aioli and saltines with pickled shrimp. Ask staff about the complete preparation and current availability.
Are vegetable small plates dairy-free?
Do not assume so: the saved tomato dish names fromage blanc, and other dishes name butter or cheese. Confirm your needs with staff.
Does My Loup have à la carte or a set menu?
The official FAQ describes à la carte and restaurant-selected courses as separate formats. These examples help with à la carte comparisons; they do not promise dishes in the course menu.
Is this the current complete My Loup menu?
No. It uses the September 10 capture and distinguishes newer official sources. The restaurant says it changes the menu daily.
