Perilla Steakhouse menu: choose your ordering path
Start with a steakhouse set or compare the individual plates. Raw and grilled oysters use different condiments; rice cakes, chilled soba and glass noodles offer different bases. Read the accompaniments too: several vegetable, rice and seafood dishes name meat ingredients.

Three comparisons before you order
Choose by preparation, base and named ingredients.
Preparation and condiment together
Raw or grilled oysters?
Raw oysters name yuja-tamari mignonette. Grilled oysters name ponzu, pomelo and dashima. Start with whether you want raw or cooked seafood, then compare the accompaniments; the two dishes do not share one oyster dressing.
Different bases, different additions
Rice cakes or chilled noodles?
Tteokbokki pairs rice cakes and gochujang with a short-rib skewer. Chilled soba lists kimchi, soy, gochujang, egg and gim. Japchae uses glass noodles and vegetables; current website text also names egg ribbons. Read beyond the noodle or rice-cake name before choosing.
The stew name is not the full protein list
Pork or beef in the stew?
Kimchi stew names pork belly and tofu. Soondubu names braised short rib and egg. Choose with those proteins in mind rather than assuming a tofu-based stew has no meat.

01
Choose a set or individual plates
The official dinner menu separates Premium and Chef’s sets from individual steak cuts and small plates. Set accompaniments include japchae, banchan, ssam and scallion muchim. Confirm the current cuts and inclusions; the saved menu is not a complete list of today’s individual steaks.
02
Check less obvious meat and dairy
Octopus lists guanciale in its vinaigrette. Sweet potatoes list bone-marrow butter. Kimchi fried rice lists guanciale, egg and smoked blue cheese. A seafood, vegetable or rice heading does not describe every ingredient.
03
Confirm changing garnishes
The saved scallop description differs from current official sources, which name pickled chamoe and Hami melon foam. Steak-set cuts also differ between the snapshot and current sources. Use the saved menu to prepare questions, then confirm what is being served.
Questions before ordering
What comes with the steakhouse sets?
Current official sources name japchae, banchan, ssam, scallion muchim and sauces. Confirm current cuts and inclusions before ordering; this guide does not promise fixed portions.
Are the vegetable and tofu dishes meat-free?
Not necessarily: sweet potatoes name bone-marrow butter, and both stews name meat. Read the dish description and ask staff about your needs; this guide does not certify dietary safety.
Is this the complete current menu?
No. These are selected dinner examples from the September 10 capture. The current sources have different scallop garnishes and steak-set cuts. Breakfast, brunch and special-event menus are excluded.
