SeEat restaurant guide

Peter Luger menu: single steak, steak for two or rib steak

Start with the menu’s own steak names: Single Steak, Steak For Two, or Rib Steak For One or Two. Decide whether you are choosing an individual order or a sharing label, then consider separately listed vegetables. These short names do not establish weights or guarantee how much your table will need.

Only steak labels and separate-side structure are compared. The wider saved Holy Cow sundae replaces hot chocolate fudge with dulce de leche in Spanish; excluded here, still in the saved destination. English, Chinese and Spanish descriptions available.

Compare these starting points

Compare an individual name, a two-person label and the separate rib-steak label.

An individually named steak order

Single steak

Single Steak appears alongside the sharing entries in the USDA Prime beef section. The section states in-house dry ageing; it does not give this entry a weight or a precise cut name.

A sharing label

Steak for two

The menu separately names Steak For Two, For Three and For Four. Use the label for the steak order, not as proof that sides are included or that every appetite is covered.

A separately named rib steak

Rib steak for one or two

The source and saved entry retain a one-or-two label for rib steak. It is distinct from the generic sharing steak names; no bone arrangement or exact weight is inferred.

Find your order

Use the names to separate choices that look similar.

  1. 01

    Choose the steak label

Compare Single Steak, the numbered sharing labels and Rib Steak before selecting a side.

  2. 02

    Order sides separately

The vegetables section separately lists broccoli, creamed spinach, onion rings and potatoes; these are not stated as included with every steak.

  3. 03

    Confirm quantity with the table

Source sides carry their own one/two labels, which do not change the steak label or establish exact grams.

Before you order

Is the sharing steak a porterhouse?

The reviewed menu does not supply that cut name. This guide preserves its listed steak names rather than adding a cut identification.
