Proxi menu: compare raw tuna, fried fish and beef curry

Raw tuna with tomato and pickled green strawberries takes a different direction from whole fried fish with herbs and lettuce. Wagyu beef cheek moves to Panang curry, coconut sticky rice and peanuts. Use these three combinations to choose a preparation and accompaniment.

Only these three combinations. Wider Coal Roasted Scallops descriptions replace coal roasting with searing; Foie Gras Toyomansi Chinese says goose while English/Spanish say duck. Both excluded here, still in the saved destination. Descriptions available in English, Chinese and Spanish.

Raw tuna, whole fried fish or curry?

Compare pickled fruit and basil oil with herbs and lettuce, or Panang curry and coconut rice.

Tomato, pickled green strawberries and Thai basil oil

Yellowfin tuna crudo

The saved entry and restaurant list pair Yellowfin Tuna Crudo with tomato, pickled green strawberries and Thai basil oil. Compare the raw-fish preparation and named accompaniments without assuming a specific cut thickness or a complete sauce recipe.

Garlic, turmeric, herbs and lettuce

Whole fried fish

Both lists name a whole fried fish with garlic, turmeric, herbs and lettuce. The restaurant names nahm jim and the saved description calls it a Thai dipping sauce. This gives a fried-fish direction; neither short list establishes the fish species or a precise heat level.

Panang curry, coconut sticky rice and peanuts

Wagyu beef cheek

Saved and restaurant lists combine Wagyu beef cheek with Panang curry, coconut sticky rice and peanuts. The saved description calls the cheek slow-cooked; the short restaurant list establishes the combination rather than that complete cooking process. Compare beef and rice with the fish choices.

Keep each combination intact

Choose the protein and preparation before adding sides.

  1. 01

    Choose the preparation

Compare raw tuna with whole fried fish; choose beef cheek when you want the Panang-and-rice combination. These are separate dishes, not protein substitutions for one recipe.

  2. 02

    Keep accompaniments with their dish

Pickled green strawberries belong to tuna. Herbs and lettuce belong to whole fried fish. Coconut sticky rice and peanuts belong to the beef cheek.

  3. 03

    Confirm what is actually offered

Ask about the whole fish species and the actual sauces. The restaurant separately lists rice and other sides; do not transfer every side into each dish.

Before choosing

Why not compare Coal Roasted Scallops?

Its saved name says coal-roasted but descriptions say seared, including Chinese pan-seared. The reviewed restaurant list also says coal-roasted; the conflicting saved entry is excluded.

Does the foie-gras sauce identify goose or duck?

The saved Chinese Foie Gras Toyomansi says goose while English/Spanish say duck. The short restaurant list only says foie gras. This guide excludes the sauce instead of guessing the species.

Is every accompaniment an included side?

No. Compare the accompaniments named for the selected dish; the separate side section does not mean all sides are included. Confirm the actual order.
