Ramen Tatsu-ya menu: soup noodles or dipping noodles?

The first decision is how you want the noodles and broth together. THE OG is a pork-bone soup bowl; TSUKEMEN puts the concentrated pork broth beside cold noodles for dipping. NU SKOOL changes the base to almond milk and the toppings to tofu and vegetables. These three choices avoid the saved menu’s confusing snack and rice-bowl section.

Only these three bowls. Saved miso pork toppings differ, SPICY becomes a rice bowl and KARAAGE adds unsupported rice; those entries remain in the destination but are excluded here. English/Chinese/Spanish descriptions.

Choose the broth and format

Pork-bone soup, separate dipping broth or almond milk with tofu.

Pork-bone broth with chashu and egg

THE OG

The restaurant lists a 60-hour-plus pork-bone broth with chashu, ajitama, wood-ear mushrooms, scallions and sesame. The saved entry agrees on that combination. Choose it for noodles in the broth, rather than the separate dipping format.

Cold noodles beside concentrated pork broth

TSUKEMEN

The restaurant article explains dipping cold thick noodles into hot concentrated pork broth. The menu names chashu, ajitama, nori and lime. It is still a pork choice; separate bowls do not make the broth plant-based. The article describes a returned original recipe, so do not mix it with the separately mentioned 5.1 version.

Almond-milk base with tofu and vegetables

NU SKOOL

The source labels this vegan and lists mushroom oil, tofu, spinach, corn, scallions and wood-ear mushrooms. Almond milk is part of this particular base. A vegan label is not a nut-free guarantee, and changes or dietary needs still require confirmation.

Decide before adding toppings

The broth choice and an optional addition are different decisions.

  1. 01

    Start with soup versus dipping

Choose THE OG for the soup-bowl route or TSUKEMEN to dip noodles into a separate concentrated broth.

  2. 02

Check the base, not just the topping

NU SKOOL has almond milk and tofu; TSUKEMEN has pork broth. Removing a visible meat topping alone does not establish a different broth recipe.

  3. 03

    Treat bombs as additions

The source separates Bombs and Extra Toppings from ramen. Do not count these as additional complete bowls or assume a bomb comes with every order.

Before opening the wider saved menu

Why exclude the miso bowls and SPICY entry?

The saved miso descriptions change the source’s ground sesame pork into braised or unspecified pork. SPICY is described as a rice bowl although the source places it as an edamame option. These conflicts remain in the destination.

Does KARAAGE include rice?

The saved description adds rice; the reviewed source describes twice-fried chicken with garlic mayo and chili sauce without establishing rice. This guide does not recommend that entry or certify the wider section.
