Rara Menu: Momo, Dal Bhat and Nepali Snack Choices

Choose a meal format first: steamed dumplings, a rice-and-curry set, or a small snack followed by soup. Rara’s saved menu offers several routes beyond ordering every dish with chili in its name.

The saved live menu supports English and Chinese. Open it or visit SeEat for the app download.

Three different meal directions

Use filling and format to compare these examples from the saved menu.

Three separate fillings

Pick a momo filling

The saved steamed entries distinguish vegetables, minced chicken and buffalo. Choose the filling before exploring another preparation; the Other Styles entry does not specify the recipe of every style.

Rice, lentils and accompaniments

A set rather than another standalone curry

The saved sets already list rice, lentil soup, greens, pickles and other accompaniments. The non-veg version offers a curry choice, not a plate containing goat, chicken and fish together.

Different noodle formats

Crunchy snack or noodle soup?

Wai Wai is described as a crunchy dry-noodle snack. Hotpot Momo and Noodles Soup combines dumplings and noodles in clear broth. Choose the format rather than equating both with a bowl of cooked noodles.

Put the menu formats together

A snack, dumpling and rice set can overlap; decide how much variety you want.

  1. 01

    Read cheese and tofu separately

Paneer Chili uses firm cheese; Tofu Chili uses tofu. The similar sauce direction does not make their main ingredients interchangeable.

  2. 02

    Compare the rice dishes

The saved Gorkhali Yakhni Pulao uses goat with basmati rice and goat curry; Dal Bhat is a broader set with lentils and accompaniments. They are different meal structures.

  3. 03

Check the preparation you actually want

The saved momo section lists steamed fillings and other style options separately. Confirm the chosen style and current availability instead of assuming the steamed description covers every option.
