RIVA Menu: Pasta, Raw Fish and Shared Plates

Start with the kind of meal you want: seafood pasta, a meat-sauce pasta, or a whole fish for the table. This guide explains the saved RIVA menu rather than promising today’s dishes.

The saved live menu supports English and Chinese. Open it or visit SeEat for the app download.

Three useful starting points

Compare the format and named ingredients, not a popularity ranking.

Two different pasta formats

Seafood without a whole fish

Linguine is listed with lobster and bottarga; agnolotti has spinach-and-ricotta filling with shrimp and caviar. Compare the filling and seafood, rather than treating both as the same pasta.

An appetizer direction

A tomato-and-cheese beginning

The meatballs come with San Marzano tomato sauce, stracciatella and basil. Campanelle also names a meat sauce and stracciatella, so consider whether you want that combination twice.

A table-sharing format

Keep the fish whole

The saved menu places whole branzino under Per la Tavola. This is a different presentation from sliced fish crudo; check the portion with the restaurant before planning a group order.

Build an order around one main direction

Use the saved descriptions to avoid repeating the same ingredients.

  1. 01

    Raw or cooked seafood?

Market Fish Crudo is thinly sliced raw fish. Whole Branzino is roasted; Squid Ink Linguine uses butter-poached lobster. Choose the preparation before comparing sauces.

  2. 02

Read the cheese in the appetizer

Local Burrata includes prosciutto and pistachios in this saved menu. A cheese-led title does not describe every ingredient.

  3. 03

    Keep seasonal details flexible

The restaurant’s current menu and this saved version differ in some accompaniments. Confirm the dish you intend to order rather than assuming every garnish is unchanged.
