Three choices before building your order

Ingredient-based comparisons, without tasting, rankings or portion claims.

These are different hummus combinations

Choose the hummus topping

Classic tahini names Aleppo pepper, parsley and olive oil. Brussels sprouts adds shabazi onions, black garlic and pickled jalapeños. Blue crab names butter and lemon; spicy lamb ragu adds scallions and crispy chickpeas. Read the hummus category together with the topping, rather than mistake crab or lamb for a separate main.

Vegetables, dairy or fish roe

Compare what is in the salatim

Lutenitsa names roasted peppers, eggplant and tomato. Babaganoush combines eggplant with sour cream and charred scallions. Ikra is smoked trout roe with baby herbs. If dairy or fish changes your choice, the dip name alone is not enough.

Choose the whole combination

Two chicken choices with different accompaniments

Harissa chicken names charred onion and caramelized lemon. Chicken schnitzel comes with creamy fennel-cabbage slaw, dill and roasted lemon. Compare those accompaniments instead of treating both chicken choices as the same meal; confirm heat and preparation with staff if they matter to you.

Make the rest of the order different

Compare sauces, side ingredients and sweet accompaniments alongside the hummus.

  1. 01

    Read vegetables with their sauces

Moroccan carrots include labneh, a dairy-based spread. Green salad names feta and sunflower-seed duqqa; lamb kofta names tahini and pine nuts. Bright green falafel lists tahini, amba and zhoug in the current dinner menu. Compare sauces and additions rather than infer a full recipe from the headline.

  2. 02

Choose the side ingredients you want

Jeweled rice names pomegranate, pistachio and herbs. Israeli couscous currently lists summer vegetables and olives; smashed potatoes name olive oil and sea salt. Seasoned fries come with harissa mayonnaise. These additions give a more useful comparison than a generic rice-or-potato choice.

  3. 03

Choose a sweet combination, then confirm the seasonal option

Malabi is a milk custard with rose, ginger and strawberries. Hazelnut chocolate pudding names urfa shortbread and toasted meringue. The cookie tin is a seasonal selection; ice cream or sorbet flavors also need checking. Do not assume a fixed cookie assortment or that ice cream and sorbet come together.

Before choosing from the Saba menu

Is blue crab a separate main dish on this menu?

The reviewed blue crab item is in the Hummus section, with butter and lemon. Spicy lamb ragu is another hummus choice. Read category and topping together.

Are all hummus and salatim choices vegan?

No. The examples include crab, lamb, butter, sour cream and fish roe. Tahini is sesame-based and labneh is dairy-based. Ask about full recipes, substitutions and kitchen handling; this guide does not certify dietary safety.

Does this guide include the whole current Saba menu?

No. The saved menu and current dinner page differ on several seasonal plates and sides. We use matched examples, keep the capture date visible and avoid blending brunch or set-menu dishes into dinner.
