SAN HO WON menu: choose your charcoal BBQ cut

Choose the meat and its named preparation first: House Double-Cut Galbi is marinated beef short rib; Prime Beef Rib Cap is another named beef cut; Spicy Pork Bulgogi changes to marinated pork cheek and belly. These individual BBQ choices are separate from the House Menu’s sequence and table choices.

Only three individual BBQ choices. Saved House courses merge fritter/egg and mismatch beef/kimchi names; excluded here, still in the destination. The restaurant says its soy sauce contains gluten and cannot be omitted. Descriptions English/Chinese/Spanish.

Compare cut and marinade

Marinated beef short rib, beef rib cap or spicy marinated pork cheek and belly.

Marinated beef short rib

House Double-Cut Galbi

The PDF specifies marinated prime beef short rib; the saved entry describes marinated short ribs grilled over charcoal. Compare this named cut with rib cap rather than assuming both beef orders have the same marinade.

A different named beef cut

Prime Beef Rib Cap

The source lists prime beef rib cap in its charcoal BBQ section. It does not name a marinade for this entry, so this guide does not invent one or claim it has none. It is distinct from both galbi and the separately listed eye of rib eye.

Marinated pork cheek and belly

Spicy Pork Bulgogi

The source names pork cheek and belly; the saved explanation describes thin slices in spicy sauce. This changes the meat as well as the sauce direction. The short lists do not establish a numeric heat level or complete marinade recipe.

Make the BBQ order specific

A cut, a condiment and a table menu are different choices.

  1. 01

    Choose beef or pork

Compare beef short rib and rib cap with the pork cheek-and-belly combination.

  2. 02

    Keep condiments separate from marinades

The PDF lists ssamjang, gosujang and house chili oil for the BBQ section. That shared accompaniment line does not establish identical marinades for every cut.

  3. 03

Confirm individual orders versus House Menu

These examples come from the individual charcoal BBQ section. Do not treat them as the full House Menu or assume every table course is interchangeable.

Before opening the wider saved menu

Is this a guide to all House Menu courses?

No. The saved shrimp fritter is merged into an egg soufflé, a beef-cheek entry has a rib-eye name and a stew has a kimchi name. Those course-mapping conflicts remain in the destination, excluded here.

Can these dishes be made gluten-free?

The restaurant says its soy sauce contains gluten and its dishes cannot be prepared without it. Do not rely on incomplete saved allergen lists or assume a marinade can be removed.
