10 PRIME SEAFOOD menu: choose the accompaniment

The fish name is only the beginning. Mushroom risotto, kabayaki with rice, and a Parmesan crust lead to three different orders. Compare those combinations before choosing your seafood.

This guide compares the three seafood plates below; other saved-menu sections are not verified here. Saved menu descriptions are available in English and Chinese. Spanish descriptions are absent; English fallback text may appear. Visit SeEat for the app download.

Look past the protein

These are alternatives by preparation, not a ranking.

Mushroom risotto

Day Boat Scallops

This named preparation pairs scallops with mushroom risotto and tarragon aioli. It is distinct from the separate Simply Prepared scallop entry; check the section, not only the repeated name.

Kabayaki and rice

Faroe Island Salmon

The composed salmon preparation lists kabayaki and sticky rice. Choose that direction if you want a glaze and rice, rather than assuming every salmon entry has those accompaniments.

Crust and corn

Parmesan Crusted Sole

The Parmesan crust, corn succotash and remoulade make this a different choice from salmon with rice. The cheese is part of the named preparation, not a side you can assume is absent.

Choose the plate before the fish

Repeated seafood names can refer to different preparations.

  1. 01

    Start with the accompaniment

Choose risotto, rice or the corn-and-crust combination first. That narrows the three examples more usefully than simply asking for fish.

  2. 02

    Check which section you mean

Scallops and salmon also appear under Simply Prepared. If you want the composed plate above, say its section and accompaniment when ordering.

Before choosing

Why are scallops listed twice?

The saved menu separates a mushroom-risotto plate from a Simply Prepared entry. They are different ordering paths, not proof of a duplicated plate.

Does this cover the raw bar and steaks?

No. This guide focuses on the three seafood preparations shown. It does not verify every translation or every recipe in the wider saved menu.
