The Verandah menu: choose the seafood format

Lobster and crab in a roll, red prawns over rice, or seabass with squid: compare the whole dish rather than choosing only by the seafood name.

The saved menu is available in English and Chinese. Open it in your browser or visit SeEat for the app download.

Three different seafood formats

The sauce and base make these distinct ordering choices.

Roll with pink sauce

Lobster and Crab Roll

The named accompaniments are salmon roe, pink sauce and pickled peppers. Choose this format if you want a roll before a main; ask about the sauce rather than assuming it is dairy-free.

Rice with burrata

Red prawn risotto

This combines red prawns with a rice base and burrata. It is a different choice from adding a separate prawn starter to an unrelated main.

Fish with lobster and squid

Aquanaria seabass

The saved description names lobster salsa verde, squid and asparagus. A fish title here does not mean the dish contains only fish.

Build an order without repeating every ingredient

Check what comes with each seafood choice before adding a starter.

  1. 01

    Count the seafood overlap

The Seafood Tower already names lobster, prawns and scallops among its components. Decide whether you want that variety plus another seafood main, or prefer a smaller starter.

  2. 02

    Check cheese across courses

Burrata appears in the red prawn risotto and Burrata Pugliese starter. Choose that repetition deliberately; a seafood label does not remove the cheese.

  3. 03

    Confirm the tortellini filling

The saved list names lobster and crab, while the dated official à la carte version names black truffle and ricotta. Ask which filling is on the menu you are ordering from.
