Zurito menu: choose a pintxo by base and filling

Three Zurito pintxos give you different starting points: a piquillo pepper filled with salt cod, a Gilda combining anchovy, guindilla pepper and olive, or a mini baguette with serrano ham and Manchego. Decide whether you want a stuffed pepper, the anchovy combination or bread with ham and cheese before adding another small plate.

Three pintxos only. The full saved menu’s FOIE GRAS PLANTXA entry omits foie gras from its English/Chinese names and explanations; it is not compared here. English/Chinese descriptions and Spanish dish names are saved; Spanish descriptions are unavailable and may fall back to English. Confirm ingredients and portions.

Stuffed pepper, anchovy combination or baguette

Salt cod in piquillo, anchovy with guindilla and olive, or serrano ham with Manchego.

Pepper around a fish filling

Salt-cod-stuffed piquillo pepper

The restaurant lists Pimientos Rellenos De Bacalao as a salt-cod-stuffed piquillo pepper. The saved explanation describes a roasted pepper with flaked salt cod. Choose the stuffed-pepper format without assuming the full filling or a fixed heat level.

Anchovy, pepper and olive

Gildas “the OG”

The restaurant lists Cantabrian anchovies, guindilla pepper and manzanilla olive together. The saved explanation describes a skewer. This keeps the fish-and-pepper combination distinct from the cod filling; the names do not prove a complete brine or allergy list.

Mini baguette, serrano and Manchego

Bocadillo jamón y queso

The restaurant names a mini baguette with jamón serrano and Manchego. The saved description explains sliced cured ham and cheese. Choose the bread-based format without using mini to infer how many diners it feeds.

Choose base first, then avoid repeating a filling

Build a comparison around what you actually want on the plate.

  1. 01

    Decide whether you want bread

The bocadillo explicitly names baguette. The pepper and Gilda lists do not name bread, but that absence is not a gluten-free guarantee.

  2. 02

    Separate cod, anchovy and ham

Salt cod fills the pepper; anchovy accompanies guindilla and olive; serrano goes with Manchego. Comparing protein first prevents three fish or ham names from blurring together.

  3. 03

    Confirm portions and ingredients

Ask how many pieces each order contains and confirm filling, bread and cross-contact. Neither pintxo nor mini establishes a sharing count.

Before choosing

Why are English names ingredient lists?

The saved English names retain the ingredient line; Spanish names retain titles such as PIMIENTOS RELLENOS DE BACALAO and BOCADILLO JAMÓN Y QUESO. This guide pairs those matching names rather than treating the ingredient lines as different dishes.

Does this include the foie gras entry?

No. Its saved Spanish title is FOIE GRAS PLANTXA, but English/Chinese names and explanations list only ramps, walnuts, apple and fennel pollen, omitting the main foie gras. That wider entry is excluded.
